Obama is Simply BU$H III

• President Bush expanded the federal budget by a historic $700 billion through 2008. President Obama would add another $1 trillion.
• President Bush began a string of expensive finan cial bailouts. President Obama is accelerating that course.
• President Bush created a Medicare drug entitle ment that will cost an estimated $800 billion in its first decade.
• President Obama has proposed a $634 billion down payment on a new govern ment health care fund.
• President Bush increased federal education spending 58 percent faster than inflation. President Obama would double it.
• President Bush became the first President to spend 3 percent of GDP on federal antipoverty programs. President Obama has already in creased this spending by 20 percent.
• President Bush presided over a $2.5 trillion increase in the public debt through 2008. Setting aside 2009 (for which Presidents Bush and Obama share responsibility for an additional $2.6 trillion in public debt), President Obama’s budget would add $4.9 trillion in public debt from the beginning of 2010 through 2016.

Since When?

When — in the history of the United States of America — has the President of these United States *FIRED* a private citizen who works for a private business? *WHEN?*
NEVER is the correct answer!
What on earth is happening to our country?
What HAS ALREADY happened to our country?
God help us.

Stop the Madness!

Somebody in Washington please step up and be a real man (or real woman)! Regardless of party, stand up for what’s right! Be a patriot! Be a hero! STOP President Obama’s budget! STOP IT! Do whatever it takes to STOP IT! We the people cannot afford it. Nor can our children or grandchildren or great grandchildren — which is exactly who will be paying for it. We the people did not — knowingly or intelligently — vote in favor of a socialist takeover of our economy. So STOP IT! NOW! STOP THIS BUDGET!

Grab your pitchforks, people! Figuratively speaking, of course. Rather, grab your laptops, your iPhones, your Blackberries and contact your senators and representatives and tell them to STOP THIS INSANE BUDGET!

It won’t work. We don’t have the money. Did I say it won’t work? Duh! WTF? People, look at your own personal checkbooks and tell me, is it possible to SPEND your way out of debt? The answer is not just “no,” but HELL NO! Again, I say, WTF?!

STOP THE MADNESS!
STOP OBAMA’S BUDGET!
STOP THE MADNESS!
STOP OBAMA’S BUDGET!
STOP THE MADNESS!
STOP OBAMA’S BUDGET!
STOP THE MADNESS!
STOP OBAMA’S BUDGET!
STOP THE MADNESS!
STOP OBAMA’S BUDGET!
STOP THE MADNESS!
STOP OBAMA’S BUDGET!
STOP THE MADNESS!
STOP OBAMA’S BUDGET!

STOP IT!

Thomas Paine on the Stimulus Package

ESPN’s Politics

I love basketball and I love ESPN, but I am sick and tired of ESPN’s relentless updates on Obama’s bracket results. I have no problem with Obama picking teams in a bracket. I’m sure many presidents have done the same. It’s the inappropriate, unprecedented, over-the-top coverage of his bracket picks that I find offensive. When has ESPN ever given such coverage — or should I say, promotion — to a political figure? It’s totally inappropriate, and it’s offensive! I’m glad Obama is a basketball fan. We have that in common. But why is ESPN inundating its audience with coverage of Obama’s picks? It’s the Obama-worship I find offensive, not his bracket picks.

BTW, Coach K in 2012!

Last Man Standing?

If someone, anyone, refuses to drink the Kool-Aid and join the cult of Obama, that person is labeled a racist or a partisan.

If you oppose Obama’s agenda to socialize America — and, thereby, change it for the worse — why would you want him to “succeed”?

And how is that racist? Well, of course, it’s not. But it may be partisan. And what’s wrong with being partisan? Nothing. It’s not a bad thing to stand up for what you believe.

Fat-Cat Bonuses … Well, Not Exactly

So, are you ticked off about the AIG bonuses? Yeah! Those stinking jerks! But Congress says they’re going to do whatever it takes to get that money back! Sweet!

But why didn’t Congress do something about those bonuses LAST YEAR when they knew about them (listed in AIG’s contracts prior to the big bailout).

And why did Chris Dodd personally insert an EXEMPTION into the stimulus bill protecting these pre-existing bonuses? Hmm. Interesting.

By the way, these are retention bonuses, they pay people who are scheduled to be laid off to stick around for the interim so that the person’s responsibilities don’t go undone.

If Congress was really upset about this money — a mere pittance compared to the amount of earmarks in the stimulus bill – they would certainly be more upset about the 92 million AIG gave to other banks, some of whom rejected the bailout money on the surface only to get it through AIG, and some of them in Europe.

So, let’s open our eyes and minds and see this mess for what it really is — a slight of hand, a misdirection, a ruse designed to get our attention off the impending doom of Obama’s tax increases and our resulting poverty, as well as something to gin up support for Obama amid his falling popularity. Recent poll numbers show support for the President is falling. People are starting to wake up and smell the fertilizer.

So don’t fall for this crap, and don’t allow democrats to tighten their control over private citizens. If Congress can TAKE this money from these people, then none of us has anything that is truly ours.

Congressmen and Cabinet Picks

News flash!

Chris Dodd (democrat senator) is suddenly willing to refinance his questionably sweet-deal VIP mortgage loans from Countrywide for his TWO homes. Oh yeah, he says he never “sought” special treatment.

Tim Geithner (democrat) is going to be a terrific treasury secretary, even though he failed to pay his personal taxes from 2001 to 2004, he hired an illegal alien to work in his house, and he gave $29 billion to JP Morgan/Bear Stearns and $85+ billion to AIG while he was at the Federal Reserve.

Tom Daschle (democrat) is very sorry for choosing not to pay his taxes — although Joe Biden said it’s patriotic — a mere $128,000 “mistake.” We all make mistakes, right?

Daschle (tax-cheat) should not be confirmed, Dodd (bank-cheat) should be thrown out of office, and Geithner (bailout cheat) should be un-confirmed.

I thought “change” was here. What the #@&!
